Suhaila Sama

Is an Afghan researcher, civic activist, and strategic communication specialist with extensive experience in civil society, women’s rights, and public engagement. She has served in leadership roles within non-governmental organizations and worked with Afghanistan’s Central Civil Registration Authority on public information and communication initiatives. She is currently a PhD candidate in defence and Strategic Studies at Panjab University, India, with academic interests in security, governance, and peace building.
