Mohammad Aref Sharifi

Born in 1974 in Sar-e-Pol Province, Afghanistan, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Balkh University and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tehran.

He has served as District Governor of Sozma Qala District in Sar-e-Pol, Chairman and Member of the Sar-e-Pol Provincial Council, and Advisor to Dr. Abdullah Abdullah at the Chief Executive’s Office. His professional interests focus on governance, political affairs, and public administration. He is fluent in Dari and has working knowledge of Pashto, Uzbeki, and English.
