Dr. Daud S. Saba

Is an Afghan earth scientist and development expert with over two decades of experience in international development, natural resource management, and governance. He served as Human Development Advisor to the President of Afghanistan, Governor of Herat Province, and later as Minister of Mines and Petroleum. Dr. Saba has authored and co-authored numerous publications and development reports related to Afghanistan’s economic and social development.
