Mirza Mohammad Yarmand

Is a three-star Lieutenant General with more than 38 years of distinguished service in Afghanistan’s Ministry of Interior. He held several senior leadership positions, including Deputy Minister of Administration, General Director of Criminal Investigation, and Commander of National Police Training Centers.

He played an important role in police reform, institutional development, and modernization initiatives, working with international partners to strengthen professional standards and training systems.
