Suraya Paikan

Is a senior Afghan legal scholar holding a PhD in Law with the academic rank of Pohandwal. She has served as a law professor, deputy minister, and representative to the Emergency and Constitutional Loya Jirgas, with extensive experience in higher education, human rights, and legal reform. She has worked with national and international institutions and authored numerous scholarly works on Afghan and international law.
