
Habiba Danesh
Is a distinguished Afghan legal expert, academic, and women’s rights advocate holding a Master’s degree. Born in Takhar Province, she has authored several articles on the legitimacy of women’s participation in political, social, and economic spheres, as well as on women’s rights. Her professional experience includes serving as a high school teacher, Head of the Psychologists’ Association in Takhar, and a university lecturer. She was an elected representative to the Constitutional Loya Jirga and served for seventeen years as a Member of Parliament representing the people of Afghanistan.
