Nisar Ahmad Faizi

Is an Afghan political and economic figure born in 1965 in Herat. He began his career in trade and later founded an electricity distribution company in Herat. He served as an elected Member of Parliament representing Herat, chaired the Parliamentary Defense Commission, and served one term as Minister of Commerce of Afghanistan.
